Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) – Philadelphia Eagles starting offensive lineman Jason Peters was arrested early Saturday for disturbing the peace and resisting arrest in Shreveport, Louisiana.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Pro Bowl tackle was pulled over after police heard loud music coming from vehicle and when Peters refused to give the officer identification, the resisting arrest charge was tacked on.
Peters posted on bond on Saturday and was released.
It’s the second time this month that an Eagles player has run afoul of the law. Offensive lineman King Dunlap was arrested and charged with reckless driving on March 4 in Nashville, Tennessee.
