Below is a complete list of over/under win totals for all 30 Major League Teams. Plus some thoughts

Arizona Diamondbacks 72.5 OV -115 UN -115
Atlanta Braves 85.5 OV -110 UN -120
Baltimore Orioles 70 OV -120 UN -110 ~~ OVER ~~ This team showed last year they will play for Buck. Bringing in some vets in the offseason, Vlad and Lee, traded for a masher in Reynolds. Young pitching needs to take the next step. They won 66 last year.
Boston Red Sox 94.5 OV -120 UN -110
Chicago Cubs 80.5 OV -115 UN -115
Chicago White Sox 85.5 OV -115 UN -115
Cincinnati Reds 83.5 OV -115 UN -115
Cleveland Indians 69 OV -110 UN -120

Colorado Rockies 85 OV -115 UN -115 ~~~ Many people view this team as a sleeper. CarGo and TuLo lead the offense. But for me, there are still questions in the rotation.

Detroit Tigers 83 OV -115 UN -115  ~~ This team won 81 last year. Verlander is stud and Scherzer will be. Tough call with the Twins and White Sox in division. You see their win totals here. Very tight race

Florida Marlins 80 OV -115 UN -115
Houston Astros74.5 OV -115 UN -115

Kansas City Royals 68 OV -110 UN -120
Los Angeles Angels 84 OV -115 UN -115
Los Angeles Dodgers 82.5 OV -115 UN -115

Milwaukee Brewers 84 OV -115 UN -115 ~~~ OVER ~~ I know Grienke is starting the year on the DL, but he will be solid from May on. Prince in a contract year. Braun is a monster. Hart is another 30hr guy. Solid guys in Weeks and McGee. Pitching is solid.
Minnesota Twins 86.5 OV -120 UN -110
New York Mets 75 OV -115 UN -115

New York Yankees 90.5 OV -110 UN -120
Oakland A’s 81 OV -115 UN -115 ~~~ OVER ~~ This team won 81 last year with no offense. The bats should improve and the pitching is solid.
Philadelphia Phillies 96 OV -115 UN -115  ~~~~UNDER ~~ Right off the bat you have to look at this offense and be concerned. The health of Utely. Who is hitting  behind Howard? They have pitching. But it is asking an awful lot for a staff to win 2-1, 3-1 games 97 times.

Pittsburgh Pirates 64 OV -115 UN -115
San Diego Padres 81 OV -115 UN -115
San Francisco Giants 86.5 OV -115 UN -115
Seattle Mariners 67.5 OV -115 UN -115
St. Louis Cardinals 86.5 OV -115 UN -115 ~~ UNDER ~~ They lost their ace for the year. Chris Carpenter is not getting younger. Albert’s contract will be a factor all season long
Tampa Bay Rays 84 OV -115 UN -115
Texas Rangers 87 OV -115 UN -115
Toronto Blue Jays 77 OV -110 UN -120
Washington Nationals 70 OV -115 UN –115
