Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
LaBarbera played in 17 games with the Coyotes last season, posting a 7-6-3 record with a 3.26 goals-against average, a .909 save percentage and two shutouts. On March 18, LaBarbera recorded a team season high 46 saves against the Canucks.
Since joining the Coyotes as a free agent in 2009, LaBarbera has recorded a 15-11-4 record over 34 games.

In seven seasons with the New York Rangers, Los Angeles Kings, Vancouver Canucks and the Coyotes, LaBarbera has played in 141 games posting a record of 52-55-14 with a 2.90 GAA, a .906 save percentage and six shutouts.
